Dr. Dean Mailloux (B.Sc. Hon. MVB) has been a dedicated veterinary professional since June 2019. He earned his B.Sc. from the University of Windsor and his MVB from University College Dublin, bringing a global perspective to pet health care at Brack Animal Hospital. 

What drives Dr. Mailloux is his passion for nurturing the human-animal bond—developing lasting relationships with both pets and their owners. He thrives on lifelong learning and the daily variety that veterinary medicine offers. His collaborative spirit and strong sense of community make him an integral part of the Brack Animal Hospital team. 

At our practice, Dr. Mailloux takes pride in delivering efficient, team-led care tailored to every pet’s needs, along with compassion for nervous or fearful patients. His calm demeanor and skilled approach ensure every pet—and their family—feels supported and understood. 

Outside the clinic, Dr. Mailloux loves adventuring outdoors, playing drums, and spending quality time with family and Laddie, his Shetland Sheepdog.
