Jody Leboeuf – Hospital Manager & Registered Veterinary Technician

 

Jody began her work at Brack Animal Hospital as a high school co-operative education student in 1993. She then worked part-time as a Kennel Attendant and Receptionist while she pursued her veterinary technology studies at St. Clair College. In 1997 she graduated as a Registered Veterinary Technician receiving the “Clinical Excellence Award”. Jody worked full-time as a Veterinary Technician/Receptionist at Brack Animal Hospital until 2003 when she accepted a territory manager position with Purina Veterinary Diets. Jody returned to Brack Animal Hospital in 2005 to assume her current position as Hospital Manager. She has a special interest in nutritional counseling and weight loss programs for pets. Jody is actively involved in showing her dogs in obedience, lure coursing, and conformation. She is vice-president of the Windsor All Breed Training and Tracking Club and a member of several other breed clubs including the Canadian Kennel Club. She is also a member of the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians. Jody and her Rhodesian Ridgeback Hanna are visitors at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus Pediatric Unit as St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program volunteers. Jody is currently the assistant co-ordinator for SJA Threapy Dog Unit #1202. Jody is married with two sons and has four additional Ridgebacks Windjie, Jenga, Deniro, and Taboo.
